About Our Company: RE/MAX TEAM 2015

Patrick Allen of RE/MAX TEAM 2015 recently announced 2006 sales figures. The results not only exceeded all previous records for the firm, but also for any other southwest suburban firm in history. Closed sales for the year reached $632,073,918 on 2,305 sales. Transactions closed per agent reached 15 for the year with average sales volume exceeding 4.1 million dollars per agent.

With more than “2.92 billion dollars” in closed sales in the 21st century, the company strategy of only hiring the very best established agents and very good “up and comers” has paid off. Closed sales per agent have grown substantially, not number of agents. You expect the best when you call on RE/MAX TEAM 2015 and that’s what you will receive. Good, dedicated agents help make each other better. State of the art equipment and outstanding support staff in each office provide unparalleled efficiency, so agents can concentrate on their job. Each and every one of our sales staff is very capable of getting the job done to your satisfaction. Our closed sales volume is up $356,038,049 (114%) since 1995 with nearly the same number of sales agents.

RE/MAX TEAM 2015 has been the “Number One” real estate firm in the southwest suburban market since 1987. The offices continue to be the top offices in the market area. For all your real estate needs, call or stop in at the TEAM 2015 office of your choice. We are proud of our sales staff. You won’t be disappointed!

RE/MAX Premier Community Citizenship

It takes leadership and dedication to be a powerful community citizen: having the courage to look fear head on and see beyond its dark veil. It means selflessly giving of yourself --be it your money, time or effort-- for a greater cause. It sometimes means summoning the strength to risk everything, and in doing so, to make a difference not just for you, but for others. RE/MAX Associates understand this concept and participate enthusiastically in their communities through participation in local and national charities, service organizations and civic groups.

Here are some of the charitable partnerships supported by RE/MAX Affiliates and RE/MAX International. This provides a glimpse into the meaning behind RE/MAX Premier Community Citizenship.

Children's Miracle Network

Children's Miracle Network and RE/MAX are tied by their desire to provide local community hospitals with modern tools and information. Since RE/MAX became the exclusive real estate sponsor of Children's Miracle Network in 1992, RE/MAX Associates have raised $67 million for the charity.

Founded in 1983, Children's Miracle Network generates health-care funds and awareness programs to benefit children. The nonprofit organization's 174 participating hospitals across North America help 17 million children annually. RE/MAX Associates raise funds for Children's Miracle Network in a variety of ways, including:

  • Pledging a contribution derived from each transaction involving a RE/MAX Miracle Home®.
  • Staging fundraising events - from parking-lot flea markets to minnow racing.
  • Handling the phones at the organization's annual telethon fundraising event, the largest of its kind in the world.

The Miracle Home® Program, exclusive to RE/MAX International, allows a RE/MAX Associate to make a donation on behalf of each transaction to Children's Miracle Network. The partnership underscores Sales Associate involvement in the communities in which they live and serve.

RE/MAX Sales Associates are unique in that a majority of the donations received by Children's Miracle Network from RE/MAX are the direct result of Associates' hard work rather than solicited from customers.

RE/MAX Racing for Life®

With its "RE/MAX Racing for Life®" slogan, RE/MAX is proud to be a co-sponsor of the National Series Breast Cancer Survivor Recognition Program at Komen Race for the Cure events.

Together with its Affiliate Network, corporate partners and various donors, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation has raised nearly $740 million for research, education, screening and treatment since 1982. The foundation is best known for its Race for the Cure events, the world's largest series of 5K runs and fitness walks. Komen estimates that more than 1.5 million people participated in its 2004 races.

Komen's Survivor Recognition Program celebrates breast cancer survivors and honors those who have lost their battle with the disease. RE/MAX shared sponsorship of the 2004 program with Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity, a nonprofit volunteer organization.

RE/MAX contributes "I'm a Survivor" pink tee-shirts, caps, "In Honor of" and "In Memory of" back-signs, and program banners for each race. RE/MAX Associates who are breast cancer survivors or who have been otherwise affected by the disease are encouraged to solicit pledges for their own participation in the events. Corporate representatives host Breast Cancer Survivor Recognition tents at the races.
